How invisible grills are built
A typical invisible grill installation uses a series of parallel steel cables held under tension between a top and bottom channel, with a tensioning mechanism that keeps the lines firm. The channels are usually fixed to the existing frame - a sliding shutter track, a window jamb, a railing or a concrete edge.
Because there is no welded mesh to rust or flake, and no painted grille to touch up, maintenance is largely visual. We check the tension and fixings during installation and show you how the system can be checked later.
Every invisible grills job is quoted after a site visit or from measurements you send us, so the price reflects your actual opening. See how installation works.
